  • Acquiring Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and achieving the predetermined number of joint replacement devices across various cities within specified timeline.
  • Meeting primary sales targets set for the fiscal year and ensuring to achieve the monthly or quarterly targets effectively.
  • Implementing operational plans in targeted cities according to the designated timeline.
  • Executing timely and efficient conversions of doctors within specified deadlines.
  • Managing account receivables in compliance with the credit policy to ensure optimal financial control.
  • Upholding ethical standards in all aspects of work and avoiding any activities that may tarnish the brand’s reputation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
